AI Policy for Authors

Scope: This policy pertains to the writing process only. It does not prohibit AI use for data analysis in research, provided it is disclosed in the Methods section.

1. Generative AI in Writing

Authors may use AI to enhance language and readability. However, human supervision is mandatory. Authors remain 100% accountable for accuracy and integrity. AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.

Required Declaration Statement

"The author(s) used [NAME TOOL/SERVICE] during the preparation of this work to [REASON]. After utilizing the tool/service, the author(s) thoroughly reviewed and edited the content as necessary and assumed full responsibility for the publication's content."

Required for all articles starting from Vol 9(2) March-April 2023.

 2. AI in Images & Graphics

✔ Explanatory
Diagrams allowed if verified for accuracy.
⚠ Artistic
Draft artwork allowed if rights are cleared.
✖ Evidential
NOT allowed for scientific/clinical proof.

 For Reviewers

Manuscripts are confidential. Do not upload content to AI tools as it violates author rights and data privacy.

For Editors

Strict confidentiality must be maintained. Editors must not process submitted manuscripts through generative AI systems.
